Six O’clock Scramble Giveaway
By Dannie • Aug 4th, 2008 • Category: Giveaways
You’ve been running around all day long; work, errands, or picking up the kids. Craziness and chaos is raining down on your day and you just can’t wait to get home and finally sit down and relax. Then again, once at home you have to help with the kids and their homework, make sure bath time happens, and before all of that, figure out what is on the menu. Yes, kids still have to be fed! Now what? The scramble is on to figure out what to make and to make it quick.
This giveaway is right up your alley if any of the above described you. It describes me to a “T” with a little laundry and dishes thrown in there as well. What better way to help out the busy parent then to giveaway a six month subscription to Six O’clock Scramble. Six O’clock Scramble is a weekly menu planning service for the busy family. Each night you have a delicious, healthy meal to prepare for your family in less than 30 minutes.
Here is how your subscription works:
- Each week you will receive the Scramble® newsletter. Included are 5 complete family recipes with side dishes for the week, plus a corresponding grocery list.
- You have the option to keep the weekly meal plan as is, or swap out recipes to fit your weekly schedule. Your grocery list will automatically update.
- Print out your grocery list and off you go to the grocery store.
Planning your meals each week saves you time! No trying to figure out what to make that night, saves you time by spending less time in the kitchen, and you don’t have to go to the grocery store every night wandering around trying to conjure up something to eat. More time for your family, but you are still preparing healthy meals everyone will love.

I’m in the middle of reassesing how we spend our money, have began clipping coupons and shopping whats on sale at the grocery store, and want to start menu planning. This would be a great tool to help me get home cooked dinners on the table, and stop the pick up takeout routine.
With a hungry husband and 3 kids, 3 and under, I’m always looking for ways to simplify my life - and better yet, spend more stress free time with the kiddos!

I try to menu plan to make life easier and save money, but I have trouble finding the time to set down and do it. This service would be a life saver.
I have six kids, I work outside the home and I am starting my own business, this company was MADE for me. I’d love to stop thinking about the weekly shopping list, and come up with great meals that I can divvy up to the teens to cook one night, or make a luscious meal for my kids!
Thank you so much for the chance to win this! BTW, the name of that company is adorable!
I’m terrible with meal planning, my kids would LOVE this!
I would love to win this!! I do meal plan, but this would help me figure out what to make.
I could use this because, one, I can NEVER think of anything to make besides spaghetti, and two, even if I do think of something, I forget to make a list of what I need for it. This would be perfect!

I am trying to cook more efficiently (and healthier) but could use some help with organization and planning ahead. I spend too much time at the grocery store and not enough time at home. tinawittmer(at)yahoo(dot)com
I need this desperately! I am soooo bad at meal planning and this would help me a lot. I can never think of what to make even though I have a kitchen full of food! My family would be grateful!!
This would make me more organize and stop doing last minute meals of just mac and cheese or hot dogs. Plus, I would be prepared when I go into the grocery store with a list on what I need for the week. Great product!! thanks for the chance to win!
I love cooking for my family, but hate finding easy/family-friendly recipes all the time. Help with meal planning would be great!
Cooking…I love. Planning…not so much! This service would enable me to do what I love (cooking) while they do what I loathe (planning). Now if I could just find someone to clean for me…
I would love to have planning!! I am using the same recipes over and over! My family needs a change.
What a great product!!
Well, let’s see. It’s 6:05. I haven’t figure out dinner yet. That’s probably a good reason, isn’t it? I am a work from home stay at home mom of 2, and I am constantly looking up at the clock only to discover it’s 6. What on earth will we eat tonight? Nothing is thawed. I think my husband in particular would enjoy eating something other than frozen pizza.
