There are those that want to write it down and then there are those that want it at the touch of a button. It might be more than 50 percent on one side or the other, but you get the drift. Finding the right planning system for you and your family can take time and a lot of patience.
If you choose to go the route of technology and use software to keep you in line, I think that I have stumbled on quite possibly the best, complete software package for family use, the Daily Home Planner.
An idea sprouted from a mom, Sara Kimmel, busy with her kids, but unable to plan out her days, simply for the lack of a program that could do all she needed. A call here and a call there, a former co-worker, Brandon, and Sara’s brother, Corey, were on board and WEK Software was formed. Their objective: create a software planning tool to organize every aspect of the family.

I just purchased the Daily Home Planner because I always have such a hard time finding the perfect planner that will allow me to plan schedules not only for my personal time, but for my husband; 3 home businesses; and 2 motorcycle riding chapters! We are very busy people, and I just have not been able to find the perfect planner that will allow room for all of our activiites. The Daily Home Planner looks like it will do just that by allowing me to create schedules for each activity we are involved in, and include them on one calendar!! How simple is that!!!
