Merlin’s Miracles

By Dannie • Jun 22nd, 2008 • Category: Simply Community

merlins_miracles-logo Sergeant Merlin German of the United States Marine Corp was a brave soldier that fought for more than three years after being burnt over 97% of his body. On April 11, 2008, while recovering from surgery, Sergeant German lost his battle and passed away.

His spirit and memory live on in a foundation that Merlin himself envisioned, helping families of burned children lead an easier life, regardless of the request made. Although Merlin is no longer here to make his dream come true, his family leads the way in creating Merlin’s Miracles.

Your donation to Merlin’s Miracles can be in the form of a direct donation or through the purchase of a Merlin’s Miracles T-Shirt. Merlin’s Miracles Web site is still in creation, but you can also help, by donating time and energy. You can contact the foundation directly and let them know you would like to help.

Sergeant Merlin German, along with his fellow men and women soldiers, symbolize a brave American strength.
